January 29, 2024 – In 2021, the GGI Development team acquired 306 West Main Street in Salisbury, Maryland. The +/- 4,550 square foot building is situated alongside a highly traveled road intersection at Mill Street and Main Street in downtown Salisbury, offering businesses a prime location.   

Upon careful consideration, the Gillis Gilkerson Development team recognized the potential for revitalization by splitting the space into two distinct units, effectively doubling the opportunities for local businesses to thrive. GGI Construction stepped in to execute this vision, crafting a seamless division that made the space more adaptable and appealing to a wider range of tenants.

The results were two-fold. The Development team successfully secured two new tenants who would infuse fresh energy into the heart of Downtown Salisbury. Board & Brush Creative Studio, an international crafting business, opened its doors, offering inspiring DIY workshops that bring people together to create art and memories. D&DZ Bridal, a local bridal boutique, provided a haven for both men and women seeking the perfect attire for their special occasions.

Board and Brush’s interior fit-out features crisp white walls, modern lighting, and exposed concrete floors, giving the space a chic background to the artisan workspace.  D&DZ Bridal’s interior fit out highlights more luxe finishes and bright bold colors, to accent the wide range of wardrobe options featured in the space.
