08 Jun Maplewood Dental Associates Breaks Ground on New Selbyville Branch Location
SELBYVILLE, DELAWARE – JUNE 10, 2024 – Maplewood Dental Associates and Gillis Gilkerson recently broke ground on Maplewood Dental Associates’ new Selbyville dental office. The ground-up construction project will establish a second location for the successful dental practice headquartered in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The Selbyville dental office will be conveniently located at 37124 Lighthouse Road, just 2.5 miles off Coastal Highway offering residents of the coastal communities an additional access point to comprehensive dental care.
Known for their patient-centered approach, Maplewood Dental Associates uses state-of-the-art technology to offer a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry, from porcelain veneers to dental implants, crowns and bridges, in a relaxed and soothing atmosphere. From restorative dentistry, preventative dentistry, and periodontal services, Drs. Wright, Luckenbaugh, Townsend, Venables, Vincent and Smith have devoted their practice to restoring and enhancing the beauty of their patients’ smiles.

The two-story building will feature coastal-style architecture, with metal roof and cedar shake accents on the awnings and gables. The first floor will house the dental practice, with the second floor to be used for office space. Construction on the +/- 7,000 square foot structure will begin in June 2024. Gillis Gilkerson will be general contractor for the project and has been involved with the project from the pre-construction phase.
