Price Automotive and Gillis Gilkerson Begin Construction of New Rehoboth Beach Dealership

REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE – JANUARY 30, 2024 – Price Automotive Group and Gillis Gilkerson construction recently broke ground on the new Price Automotive Group, Price Premier Dealership located on Route 24 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  The three-acre parcel located between Artisans Bank and Delaware Eye Institute will feature a + / – 22,300 square foot preowned automotive sales and service center to be shared by the Price Automotive Group’s Diamond Motorsports brands. The dealership will feature Route 24 frontage, with access from Hood Road, and is expected to open in late 2024.

Gillis Gilkerson will be general contractor for the project and has been involved with the project from the pre-construction phase.  Architectural designs for the project were prepared by W. F. Horn Architect of Lewes, Delaware, and civil engineering services have been provided by Davis, Bowen & Friedel headquartered in Salisbury, MD.  Sitework is scheduled to begin in January 2024.
