Dwight Miller and his team at GGI did an outstanding job of renovating our Shore United Ocean City Bank. Greg Ennis was very responsive with any issues, and with all 40 year old buildings – there will always be issues - but they tackled them effectively and efficiently. They worked well with all of our outside vendors to facilitate a seamless integration of our specialized equipment. They delivered a great product for us – and we are very pleased with the results. The global expertise in all aspects of the building construction and access to various sub-contractors was a blessing given the number of technical details that needed to be attended to while we obtained certification from the state health care officials.

For a design/build project it is unusual for the initial cost estimates and timing to be maintained and in this case the project was completed on time and the costs were held to the contract level. In going into a design/build project like this, one always wonders if the right decision was made on the contractor selected.
